一看到or not,就要想到whether or not,表示“是否”用 if 行不行if不可以和or not连用按上面那位说的，也就是说，whether or not 整个相当于 if ，而这个空也就不能用 if ，是这样吧是，也不是，有or not的时候，只能用whether,没有or not的时候，if等同于whether
