curve in PR company.In fact,the performance of PR company shows no return during this period as indicated by a fairly straight horizontal line.
Although the training is implemented/improving,but the performance shows no improvement/remains the same/is still the same with no improvement.
What is the cause of this phenomenon?In my opinion,there are several reasons.First and foremost,whether attending the training class or not is
voluntary.Only employees who are interested come to the class.The training is not
a targeted training implemented by the company.Second,the class is arranged on every Friday evening,which is a big mistake.Many people want to go home early,so they just attended the first half of the class.Even for those who stay in the class,they tend to be absent-minded.Moreover,although the manager said that
employees who actively attended the training class will be recorded in their personal
documents and linked to salary increase and promotion in the future,there is still not enough motivation for most employees need training at the basic level.What attracts them is the training which can meet their
immediate interests instead of promotion and so on,something too far away for them to reach.
