不能用B时因为four前面有个定冠词“the”
加了“the”就说明是特指了,意思是“只有那四个人受伤了”,所以要用强调句强调是“那四个人”
而若用there be句型,则不是强调,意思是“有四个人受伤了”,这里的四个人没有特指,则不能加“the”,所以应该是there were only four who got hurt.
