YEAH!But i don't think it's a absolutely right sentense.It depends on the environment you lives or the characters you own.If you don't have so many friends or in a relatively old or traditional place,your world may small.
of course,internet makes the world small !Any high-technology makes the world small.
but don't forget that many people in the world are not in the same way.
