Hello,everybody!My name’s sophie.Today,the title of my speech is badminton—my favorite sport.
I am fond of playing sports,because sports can keep my fit and healthy.When I’m free,I often play sports with my friends at the sport centre.And we can have a good time when we play together.
Personally,my favorite sport is badminton.Why?There are many reason can let me love badminton.First,I think it is easy to play badminton.It doesn’t like tennis ,difficult to control.Badminton is a popular recreational sport.Besides,I llike badminton because it can make me feel a sense of accomplishment.Yes,I love it and good at it.And because of badminton,I made many new friends.I like to playing badminton,I like watching badminton matches,too.The one of reason why I like badminton is that Olympic Games and the best badminton player in the China of the game is Lin Dan.Lin Dan is my idol,just because of him I began to like badminton.However,the real reason why I like badminton is that play badminton can make my body better and better.Life depends on the sports.But for me,badminton is one of the meaning of my life.And playing badminton is not only can strengthen my body but
also make me excited and relaxed.Whenever I feel learning pressure of breath ,I will play badminton to relieve pressure.
