从语法角度来说growing 和grow 都是ok的,see sb doing和see sb do都是有的,因此这题目两个选项都可以选,楼上的所谓grow只能用一般纯粹瞎说,grow是一个很普通的动词,如果see the tree growing ,即表示树长势正旺,哪里不行?当然一般化表示就用see the tree grow
