An Unforgettable Event
It happened many years ago,when I was thirteen years old.
It was sunny day.I walk along the road,and came across a crossroad.a mother was riding a bicycle,with a little boy.They wanted cross the intersection.the speed is not fast.Intersections without traffic lights in rural seemed to be different from those of the town.those intersections might cause a lot of tragedy.As I have said,a truck loaded with goods also passed through junction.Suddenly,the truck hit the mother with her boy and she fell in a pool of blood.Luckily the boy was not injured,but was frightened to cry desparately.Soon,the ambulance came.The mother was taken to the hospital.After a few days,I heard that the mother died.What a tragedy.Life is fragile!
Now,I would be very careful when crossing the road.If we all pay attention to safety,we could have avoided a lot of tragedies.Also,if rural crossroads traffic lights are installed,they will prevent several accidents.
