第一行第四个单词改成your ,
I am responding your booking confirming一般回信不这样说.可以改为 I'm writing to you for your booking confirmation.
Due to 后面不能接从句.可以改成：Due to our supplier's visiting our company on .
第四句简单一点,直接说23 people will attend .
which shold the best in your hotel 你想表达最好在你们酒店,对吗?可以改成：It's much better in your hotel.
I really apperiate you've done for us.这句的意思是他已经为你做了.改成：I really apperiate what you do for us.
最后一行,问题的单词写错了.
