Reasonableness may require that areas in which the information was being used or stored were made physically inaccessible to others (by fences,locked doors,or remote location),that plants or manufacturing areas were made secure (restricting access to employees or other visitors with reasons for access,checking bags),and that information was kept in locked files.Computer networks may require similar security measures,both physical and coded barriers to access.
