Abstract：science is a social activity pursuing truth,so the scientist should carry out research strictly according to scientific spirit.However,scientific misconduct behaviours of current scientists appear frequently affected by various social factors.Scientific misconduct has become a problem in scientific activities need to be discussed emergently,and need to be studied earnestly.This paper discussed on the connotation,causes,expressions,and social control of scientific misconduct.
