为什么②用drink?它不是过去式吗?
①句中的a little 和②句中的 little 跟决定drank和drink的形式有区别吗?

是你笔记记错了.两句都要用drank.
a little 或者little 有不同,但是跟drink还是drank无关.
a little （喝了）一点儿.早上我喝了一点水.
little 几乎没有（喝）.早上我几乎没喝水.
