i'm going to talk about what children who are 4 to 12 years old can learn when they are surfing the internet.first of all,internet contains lots of useful information,such as some knowledge about their interests.So they may absorb much knowledge whithin the fun.secondly,everyday happened such a lot of things,when they meet these news,more meaningful idea will run into childrens' brain,that could level up the way of thinking conditions.over all,if there are no parents accompany,mang bad things like violent pictures,will make childrens' behaviour become very dangrous.so ,children can learn better by internet,but also can turn to worse from the internet.
