Health comes from health lifestyle
A good health lifestyle can make you health.
For example,Exercising every morning or night will make you strong ;Eating vegetable or fruit will give you vitamin;Drinking water will make sure your body has enough water;Early to bed or earlyto rise is true.
On the other hand ,a bad lifestyle can make you not health.
For example,We break the balance of diet becase of the busy working ;
Eat a little and drink a little to lose weight ;stay at home to play online games all day .
I think we can live on the earth is a favor .and the favor comes from our father and mother .Health is the best way to repay them.So,please keep your health lifestyle.
