她在 took part in her friend's birthday party之前就已经穿好her new dress,故表示已完成的动作,所以用完成时,选B那为什么不能用dressing来表示状态呢？也有可能她已经穿好了，在这里表示状态啊。。。。。。。哦那好吧。。。
