1、on 不一定要提前,你可以说he is the man who/whom/(that,可以省略) I think you can depend on.如果on提前的话,就只能是he is the man on whom I think you can depend.另外,depend on 就是一个词组,是固定组合来的.
2、Is this the man you spoke of?还原成Is this the man (that做宾语,可以省略) you spoke of?当然,你也可以把of提前,那就要这样变：Is this the man of whom you spoke?
