I have a very healthy lifestyle.First of all,I sleep for at least eight hours a day.When I wake up in the morning,I usually have a glass of milk.I exercise three to four times a week by jogging or playing basketball.I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits every day.Occassionally,I crave for junk food and do grab a quick bite.Those are very rare cases.Lastly,I never drink coffee because I don't like the bitter taste.
