Nowadays,being honest and open operson is not easy.But the giant always has those spirits.So,how can we to do it?
There are at least three ways to being honest and open person.
At first,stand firmly for your convictions when confronted with personal pressure.Form this opinion,intergrity is an inner compass for judging your behavior.What's more,when you know you're right,you can't concede.
At second,alwayss give others credit that is right fully theirs.With this situtation,finding person in the right way is the most important.
At last,be honest and open about who you really are self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful component in ourselve to be integrity.
