There are at least two main reasons accounting for this phenomenon. On the one hand, the government takes strict measures like the one-couple-one-child policy. Most families’ acceptance of the policy contributes much to the fall of the birth rate. On the other hand, some of people’s conventional ideas have changed considerably with times.
Thanks to the birth-control policy, our country is developing quickly and steadily.
