Introduction
The purpose is to summarise/summarize the weakness of the current website and recommended services and information through the website.
Findings
While the number of visitors increased by four times in 2008 compared with that in 2007,the figure dropped drastically because we haven’t upgraded the website for nearly three years.The configuration is too old to install new applications so that we cannot present new products efficiently.In addition,we are not able to balance the need of the website of each department in this period.As for complaints,customers told us in the message box of the website that they failed to acquire the information which they needed in our website.
Recommendations
I highly recommend contacting some outsourcing company to upgrade our website in order to offer more information of the goods and establish an online mall to match for market tendency.
