我认为问句和答句的时态应该一致,答句有了,be doing（are looking）那么问句怎么没有体现呢,所以我想改成telling 和getting,大家帮帮我

不可以这么改.
首先,提问用了 “could”,表示客气,后面的动词要用原型,如果要改成 telling, 从语法上应该变成 could you BE telling me.. 而不是简单的变成 telling.
同样的,can 表示能够,后面的动词要用原型,如果要改,就要变成 can be getting.
原句中的用法都是惯用的说法,而你这样的改动违反了语言习惯.
