1.Loyalty – A company can have employees that are not capable enough,but a company can not have employees who are disloyal,because people who are disloyal to the company may betray their boss and ruin the company.
2.Flexibility – working in a business,the person must be flexible.Just like when you are walking on a road,and you suddenly found out that this is a dead end and you can not walk through it.The best choice is not to stand there waiting for death but to choose another way to the destination.
3.Respect – A person who respects others will also be respected,and in a business,it is very important to build a trustful and respectful relationship between each other.This makes business easier for everyone.
4.Creativity - a person who wants to run a business needs to be creative.What ever his/her job is,creative work is always involved.Someone who is creative and can come up with new ideas will be more successful in business.
5.Leadership- It is the ability to motivate a group of people toward a common goal.And a company always needs someone to step up and lead the team.When facing the obstacles and problems,the person needs to take a leading role in this situation,motivate his/her team members to work together through it.
