have 前面再加个 that 就可以了.
就象你会说 there are people who speak english here.
但是你不会说 there are people speak english here.
这里加 who 就象我说的要加 that.而 people speak 象 changes take-place.
不用 there are 时就直接说.
所以你写的基本对,只差了个 that.
