那我想请问：第二句为什么不用助动词？like不是实义动词嘛，实义动词前不是一定要有助动词构成句子嘛？

第一句不正确,因为why you like it here是宾语从句,不能像特殊疑问句那样倒装."Why do you like it here?"是特殊疑问句.而放到Can you tell me之后就成了宾语从句,而不是特殊疑问句了.宾语从句不能倒装.
