关于neither either both none的选择题

如果选B 那是都OK 还是都不OK呢 我记得neither是都不的意思
Either不是用于否定句吗?但我同学说用这个 他说意思就是两天的其中一天都可以 但那个...is OK 不是肯定句吗?顺便直白地说一下either 和neither 怎么用 不要复制别人的 总觉得说得不够直白.
