这个是都可以,这应该是初中语法,turn..down这类词如果宾语是sth 那放中间和后面都可以； 要是宾语是it 或者them等代词只能放中间：pls turn the tv down = pls turn down the tv; 但是只能pls turn it down,不能turn...
