Upon arriving in our room we were given 2 single beds and one sofa couch.The couch was too small for our 10 year old son to sleep in,(a chair with a footstall) There was no other bed for our 7 year old.We went straight back down to reception to state there must be a mistake - but no.The staff were extremely rude and argumentative.So it appears we have a room and breakfast package for 4 people but only beds for 3.I would say this is false advertising or at least misleading.There is no way you can have 2 children staying in this room,and even 1 is difficult having to sleep on a chair!The issue was eventually resolved after speaking to the General Manager and jumping up and down stating that this was not acceptable.We were upgraded to a better room at no extra charge.
