I am sorry to hear that you can't understand what the teacher says and you can't read fast. My suggestion is that you buy an MP3 or a voice recorder, record the lecture that your teacher made, after class you can listen the tapes many times, by this way, you may get much more information from your teacher. My second suggestion is that you buy or borrow some easy English reading materials and read more books which will be a great help to solve your reading problem. Practise more and you will be improved soon. I hope you can progress a lot.
