France is famous for its great wine,cheese,beautiful language,and trains.The French high-speed trains link Paris,Brussels,London,and some smaller cities.Many French people would say:Why do we have to travel by plane?Indeed,travelling by train in France can be faster,cheaper,and far more convenient(方便) than by plane or by car.Besides,people have a lot more space and better views(景色) when they take the train.
Yet the idea of travelling by train may not be a good one for many American travelers.They think it takes too much time.It’s also very boring.Although some Americans are afraid of flying after Sept.11th terrorist attacks.(9.11恐怖事件),and air tickets cost much more than the train tickets,more Americans still prefer to fly.
So if you are travelling in France,don’t forget to take the train,and if you are in the US,you’d better travel by air
