as if 后接假设语气.
He looks as if he were a Chinese.
She looks as if she has been ill.
这里是过去时,they shouted,后面的假设语气应该是过去完成,但是没有过去完成可选,只有 would hear可用.
不是相反的意思,是“就像”的意思.
