not all 表示有不是全部 半否定,不符合语境
no other暗含比较 所以选A这个答案是复制过来的我刚看过 理由不够充分no other固定搭配没有no another not other所以B错了C也错了。。然后D语境不对。。不就选A了吗这里有is more beautiful 所以前面填的应该是全否定 而not all是半否定 懂吗翻译过来就是没有其他花儿比玫瑰美。如果用not all 就是部分其他花儿比玫瑰美。not all说不通！还有不懂请继续问，望采纳
