I'm sorry to hear that you are so stressed out for the end of middle school exam.And I have some advice for you,I hope it is helpful .
First,I think you shouldn't stay up too late to do homework,because it's bad for your health,and it may makes you always argue with others.And I think you shouldn't give yourself too much pressure,it's bad for your study,too.And if you feel tired,you can listen to music for relax,and take a walk is a good way,too.
