Abstract: With the rapid development of computer technology, especially the rapid development of network technology, image-based virtual reality technology has been widely used, such as the education industry, engineering industry, tourism, entertainment and so on. Virtual Reality (Virtual Reality, referred to as VR), is a calculation based on the immersion of the interactive information environment, specifically the use of computer technology at the core of the modern hi-tech generation of realistic visual, hearing, touch the specific integration the scope of the virtual environment, users with the necessary equipment to the natural environment with virtual objects in the interaction, mutual influence, resulting in the same person and the feelings of real-world experience. The design is based on VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language) virtual multimedia e-books, it requires the realization of the environment in VRML can automatically run through the function. The contents of the book is to introduce aspects of the top ten scenic spots, there are the cover and directories. Editor in VRML environment, by adding material, texture, sensors, sound, animation, etc. to improve the virtual e-books, and through the Intranet (Inline), anchor (Anchor) node to achieve the shape of each page and automatically connect through functions.
