compared to western people,Chinese is more likely to be serious.They do not as humorous as western people as well.In the same situation,some taklings which seems humorous may make Chinese unhappy.They will think you are making excuses and passing the buck.However,for the western people,it is easier to defuse the dissatisfaction by using some humor.
