As you know,Dr.ZHANG had purchased 2 sets PCE from us on May this year.
But last week,she found the nigrescence in around end of the fiber,please see the attachment,and end of the fiber has broken in cleansing.
So she want to replace a new one or repair it by you.Please kindly advise us.
