我举得两个答案都不对.
两个都表示“由.组成”,区别在于,“make up of”一般要用被动语态,而“consist of”没有被动语态,它是用主动表示被动的.但是句子中括号内容是定语成分,所以不能直接用作为谓语的形式,而要改为：A “made up of” B “consisting of”
