Some of my classmates worked at xx company,they all asserted work presure was significant ,it can't compare the past easy days at school.Even so,they still profusely praised their enterprise culture.they felt the company gave them chances to play their potential.How did the company get that,this let me curious is it on earth what kind of the culture that can be so much admired by its employee?
