The contract shall be terminated,after the seller noticefies the buyer in a written form,provided that the samples making by the seller shall not comply with the requirments of the drawing, provided by the buyer, as stipulated in the contract.The seller should return all the advanced reciept(30% of total money of the contract ) within 3 weeks after the termination of the contract.
