for me,the best way is to take bus.there are three reasons.first,taking bus is cheap.as far as i know,it only costs one yuan per trip if it is not too far.second,taking bus is quite fast.in my hometown,there are special transportation line for buses.therefore,even at morning peak,it still takes only a little bit longer.last but not least,it is environmentally friendly.the fewer cars there are,the less wasted gas will be emitted into the environment.
