两个都可以,看前面跟的是什么,well既可以作副词,如do well enough,或形容词（健康）be well enough足够健康,be good enough 足够好的前面是she could sing————————那就是well enough, 因为sing是动词，而且不是be动词，那肯定只能用well啦，good不能作副词哩
