I am Linda,secretary of the Foreign Languages Department in PKU.I am writing this letter to inform you the detail arrangement of schedules.
1) Arrival in Beijing at 5 pm on Dec.20th.Stay for 5 days from Dec 20th to 25th.
2) Stay in Beijing Hotel (a Five Star Hotel with one standard room.)
3) Lecture in Conference Hall of PKU at respectively 9 am and 3 pm on Dec.21st,for Prof.White and Prof.Green
4) Visit other universities in Beijing,such as TSU,CNU and BFSU.
5) Visit tourist attractions in Beijing on Dec.23rd and 24th,including Tian'anmen,the Great Wall,the Palace Museum and the Forbidden City.
