应该可以,因为并列的是两个分句,两个各有各的主语.如果是一个句子中并列两个成分最好是对等的.如：Not only my brothers but also my sister is eager to have a try.另外要注意not only...but also...并列两个成分（主语除外）或句子时的倒装问题.
