很久的疑问,今天突然想起来了
be compelled to 后面接的是 动词 例如 i am not compelled to work today
be restricted to 后面接的是 名词 例如 i am not restricted to this small place
就是说这个词组有一样的,为什么有的后面接名词有的后面接动词,有什么规律吗?有时候我写英语句子的时候总是很怕啊!
instead of being confined to their immediate neighbourhood 这个 be confined to 后面接的又是名词。
