可以理解成he's well prepared for the exam,他已经为这个考试做好了充分的准备.
无非是这里加了我发现他,结果他就成了宾语了,那后面就是宾语补足语了而已,但还是他准备好了,所以用be prepared,只不过宾语补足语是非谓语状态
