To increase the income of farmers is the key to solve the "three rural issues" concerning
agriculture,countryside and farmers.In this article,beginning with the research
on the status quo of farmers' income since the implementation of reform and
opening-up policy,it reveals the important status and significance of income increase of the farmers,and analyzes the practical dilemma for achieving this goal here.Combinning with the experience of the Japanese farmers’ income increase,some options of the path to increase farmers' income in our nation is proposed.
