In consideration of your company allowing us permission to transport the captioned container(s) (“Containers”) by our own contractual haulier as per our written request,we agree the following terms and conditions :
To return the Container(s) to your designated depot / terminal within two calendar days after taking delivery of the captioned laden container(s);
In the event that we filed to deliver the Containers back to your designated depot / terminal within the time specified in clause (1) above,we undertake to pay to you on your first written demand whatsoever Containers detention charges according to your and/or carrier’s tariff rate applicable at the time the Containers were taken delivery by us from the depot / terminal until such time the Containers are returned to your designated depot / terminal;
We shall be responsible for the repairing costs,replacement costs,cleaning charges and equipment detention charges in the event that the Containers are lost and/or damaged while under our custody and control,whether directly or indirectly.We shall settle all the relevant costs and charges incurred upon your first written demand.
