Has technology made the world a better place to live?In fact ,when
we talk about such complex question ,we cannot easily give a yes-no
answer.Whatever,I would like to say,there are more advangages has been
brought by technology.
Firstly,what the most obvious we can see is that :With the
development of technology ,our life became more and more convenient.Certainly,
hundreds years ago,as a common sense,people live without telephone.
Therefore it is relatively too hard to communicate between people who
live far away from each others.For example:If flood happened thousands
mile away capital,emperor can only be informed only by horse-riding
way.Precious time would be wasted on road at last.However,as phone
presented,such important news can be passed on easily .Not only this
invention contributes to this kind of big cases ,but also can be used for
folks.When their offspring travel outside,mothers miss sons ,fathers
remember daughters.By this way,to satisfy them can no longer be a
big problem now.
Secondly,the changing of vehicle,which is another great result
brought by technology,is another great notable aspect.It both stimulates
the development of transportation and that of economy.As car train
even plane work,the difficulty that Transport some unmovable goods
became solvable by technology.Economy,then,naturally growths better and
better.Here are good examples we see:Mango,which used to be only
available for tropic areas,became a familiar fruit in people’s life now.
Pyramids,that were only known in rumors long time ago in China,became
easy achieve by the travalers from New York to ShangHai.Consequently,
technology divers what we can choose in our daily life.
Lastly,while technology is simplify our life,and beautify the
substantial world,we cannot deny that our circumstance was another effective
object of technology in negative ways.Never can we gainsay that such
pollution have move us directly and indirectly.For e.g.the damage of
ozone layer caused by technology makes the global warming,thus,
disorder human’s environment.Hoever,thanks to the knowledge concluded from
technology,we can learn to aware the important of environment for the
sake of making the world a better place to live.
Above all,I critically maintain that technology made the world a
bettere place to live,while people maneuver the advantages and
disadvantages of technology.
