Your annual gross salary will be Rmb 40,000 payable on 13 months base,i.e.Rmb 3,076.92 per month.You are also eligible to receive the benefits of commission in accordance with the Company’s applicable policy as may be amended from time to time in the Company’s absolute discretion.For the period of 12 months only,commencing from the time that the shop at which you work first opens,the Company will guarantee that you will receive an annual amount of commission of Rmb 28,000 gross,payable in 12 equal monthly installments (Rmb2333.33 gross per month).After this period of time,you will be eligible to participate in the applicable commission scheme and receive an amount of commission only on its terms as they may be applicable to you,and as amended from time to time in the absolute discretion of the Company.You will have a two-month-probationary period.
