用is there
nothing本身相当于否定词了,并不是否定前缀.
这句话如果这么改,应该更清楚了：
There is not anything wrong with you,is there?
等于There is nothing wrong with you,is there?那如果要回答没事，是Yes，there is。还是No，there isn‘t回答没事是：No, there isn't.当你不能确定回答的时候，就把nothing改成not anything，这样好理解一点。
