DNA纯化过程的RNA酶只在临近最后的时候加吧.一般是在一次蛋白抽提之后加入,量无需太大,37度作用N个小时即可.如果需要的话,可以在RNA酶作用完后再次抽提,以除去RNA酶,以免影响DNA定量或其它后续步骤.
