估计你是想说；她一定也不愿、不想失去它（某事物）/ 她肯定也不想失去它（某事物）.可以说成：
“She must not lose it,either.” 或者 “She does not want to lose it,either.”
must 不能与do not 放在一起来用.另外,如果说：She must not want to...比较别扭,但文法没错.一般直接如上说就行.
